Join Laura on a sacred journey into oneself for deep healing and reconnecting with one self. Laura specializes in Sound Healing with The Crystal Bowls, Yoga: Raja and Restorative, Meditation, Expressive Dance and Reiki – and a blend of these together. After a session in Yoga and/or Sound Healing, participants feel more relaxed, centered and one’s thoughts are in a quieter place. It is a journey within, to bring calm and peace to your daily life. Laura offers both private and group classes. She can design classes specifically for all levels.

Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls
If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches ever part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiological functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.

Meditation and Guided Visualization
Meditation is an ancient practice that can help one achieve a peaceful state of being, greater mental clarity, and mindfulness. It is becoming increasing recognized by medical professionals as a wonderful path for reducing stress, anxiety, blood pressure, and creating a feeling of connectedness and peace.
Guided imagery is a gentle but powerful technique that focuses and directs the imagination. It can be just as simple as an athlete’s 10-second reverie, just before leaping off the diving board, imagining how a perfect dive feels when slicing through the water. Or it can be as complex as imagining the busy, focused buzz of thousands of loyal immune cells, scooting out of the thymus gland on a search and destroy mission to wipe out unsuspecting cancer cells.
This class is for people of all ages and all levels of movement. Laura’s motto is “If you can walk, you can dance.” Her classes are designed for expressive movement and fun. They end with simple movement and flow based on devotion, love of movement, and self expression for joy and peace. All levels are welcome!
