“Recently, I had the opportunity to experience “The Reconnective Healing Session” with Laura as the facilitator. During and after this process, it was very clear to me that there was something very special about this form of attunement. My experience was that of complete relaxation, with the sensation that I was cocooned in a blanket of pure love and safety. What was so interesting to me is that the process seemed to have a timeless essence about it … it was as if I had just lain on the massage table to begin the process only to realize that the process was over and 30-minutes had passed …. amazing!

Whispering Wings Meditations for Relaxation, Healing and Blessings CD

Lila had her first major league swim meet with olympic swimmers, and she made it to the consolation finals heat in the 100m butterfly which is her best event. She is the 1st in her 13/14 age group coach’s carreer on the team, at least 6 years, to get to finals. And because of finalling in the 100m fly, she got to swim in the fastest relay as the butterflier with Chloe Sutton, an olympic swimmer. She missed her goal of getting a jr. national time, but she has 3 more chances to get it. She listened to your cd every night. She loves it. She wasn’t even in pain. She listend to it just to help her relax and stay positive. It’s so easy to get tense and down under the extreme pressure.
